According to Reuters, a Pennsylvania judge said Tuesday that Comedian Bill Cosby’s retrial on sexual assault charges will be moved from November 2017 to March 2018.
- The judge said the extra time was to give Cosby’s new lawyers extra time to prepare.

Why this matters: Bill Cosby, 80, allegedly assaulted a woman in 2004 but his first trial ended in a mistrial in June when a jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.
Bill Cosby has been accused by more than 50 women of either rape, drug facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, child sexual abuse, and/or sexual misconduct.
